I want a Pay As You Go phone with basic functions (not fussed about camera etc.), a LOUD ringtone, loud speaker volume, vibration, not too small and is easy to use.

I’ve read up about Communic8’s Life phone, but at £170 it’s a bit too expensive - my father would never use it as he’d be scared of losing it!

Can anyone recommend something?

I’ve got bad eyes and the small text on a mobile phone is sometimes unreadable. With a PC, I can enlarge and read text messages. I wish there’s a way to transfer messages from my phone to a PC.
Please suggest a specific model. If doing it wireless is tough, I can settle for a good old USB cable. Thanks for the suggestions and keep them coming. Lol”d at the magnifying glass idea.
