Does a US mobile phone subscriber have to pay to receive international sms from the Philippines?

The US subscriber will pay whatever they normally pay to receive sms messages from anyone. The cost for the sms message is no different coming from the Phillipines than it is coming from inside the US. I work for Sprint. That’s how it works. Hope this helps.
